The Quality Management system at NW Aeroforms reached another milestone during February 2018 by successfully achieving the latest revision D of AS9100 accreditation.

Aeroforms Ltd have recently invested in a very large multi axis CNC Milling machine which will shortly be commissioned within our new unit.
The greatly enhanced size capability will vastly increase the range of products that we are able to manufacture for our customers.
Additional state of the art customisations of this machine will dramatically reduce the leadtime on the production of aircaft tooling, thus significantly improving our service to this sector.
To compliment the larger components being produced, necessitated an equally large Coordinate Measuring Machine.
We are pleased to introduce, our fully automated Nikon EVOLUTION CMM, with its 3M x 1.5M bed and state of the art ceramic components.
January 2016
Aeroforms is pleased to announce the expansion of our premises to accommodate our planned investment in new machinery, and improve the service to our customers.
The new unit will provide us with another 3000 sq ft unit adjacent to our current premises, and house a new canteen for our expanding workforce.
A new Dahlih MCV510 3 Axis CNC milling machine has already been commissioned thus further increasing our production capacity.

North Wales Aero Forms now have a night shift having recruited 3 new personnel who now provide round the clock service to our customers.
